Four website prices, explained
The $200 Landing Page package gives you one focused page, a responsive layout, and contact or enquiry links. Contact me when you need updates.
The $300 Business Website gives you five pages. Changes are handled by me, so this is an option for owners who prefer to request updates rather than edit content themselves.
The $400 Website + CMS gives you five pages and access to edit the supported content areas configured for your website.
The $500 Complete Website gives you ten pages and CMS, with SEO and pSEO setup within an agreed page scope. Meta Ads and Google Ads tracking integrations can be requested with this package.
When payment is due
The website price is a one-time payment, due 100% after the website is complete. No upfront website payment is required. Free hosting is included; you renew your domain annually. I agree the pages, features, and content responsibilities before the project begins.
The optional AI chatbot is a separate $30/month add-on. Advertising spend and ongoing ad campaign management are separate from website tracking integration.
How delivery relates to price
The first three packages take under 24 hours once the agreed brief, content, and access are ready. Complete Website takes two days after those inputs are ready.
Time spent waiting for missing content or access is outside that starting point. A custom website has its own delivery estimate based on the functionality you request.
When you need a custom quote
- Your page count or page structures go beyond the selected package.
- You need a shop, paid booking flow, member access, or other custom features.
- You have an existing content archive, data, or URL changes to assess.
- Your project needs integrations or migration work beyond the agreed package scope.
Compare the same scope
When reviewing a quote, check what counts as a page, which content is editable, what images and writing you need to supply, and what happens when you request a new feature. Hosting is included free. Your domain has an annual renewal cost. The optional AI chatbot is a separate $30/month service if you choose to add it.
SEO setup and pSEO setup should have a defined scope. A website package does not mean unlimited generated pages or a promise of a particular search position.
